Ingredients
Soup Base – Salmon Bone Broth, Pumpkin, Turmeric
Umami Pot – Scallops, Mussels, Prawns, Salmon Slices, Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage
Umami Pot breakdown:
- Two pieces of cabbage
- Three green lipped mussels
- Four prawns
- Five sea scallops
- Six freshly sliced salmon
How to prepare
Step 1: Thaw both broth and seafood bowl in the fridge overnight
Step 2: Pour thawed broth into seafood bowl
Step 3: Put the entire seafood bowl over stove and bring the broth to boil
Step 4: Add a quarter or half cup of boiling water into the broth to the desired taste and thickness
Step 5: Cool for 10-15min, remove shells and cut into smaller pieces to desired size then serve warm
