Duck / Pork / Turkey, Oats, pumpkin. Wrapped using real rice dumpling leaves.
How to prepare
- Take out dumpling from freezer
- Heat up dumpling over a pot of boiling water (don’t dip the dumpling into the water as that will dilute the natural aroma and goodness)
- Open up the dumpling and you are ready to serve!
Ensure the leaves are fully removed and do not feed them to your pet. 🍃

*Glutinous rice dumpling (Bak Zhang) is the iconic food most of us can identify with the traditional Dragon Boat Festival. It was made to throw into the river as people believe that will prevent a respectable poet named Qu Yuan from being devoured by fish after he drowned himself. Bak Zhangs have become a much-loved food amongst the Chinese now! 😁
