Pawmeal’s Dragon Boat Festival Bark Zhang for Pets
Ingredients
Pork / Duck / Beef / Chicken, pumpkin. sweet potatoes. Wrapped using real rice dumpling leaves.
How to Prepare
- Take out dumpling from freezer
- Heat up dumpling over a pot of boiling water (don’t dip the dumpling into the water as that will dilute the natural aroma and goodness)
- Open up the dumpling and you are ready to serve!
Ensure the leaves are fully removed and do not feed them to your pet. 🍃

*Glutinous rice dumpling (Bak Zhang) is the iconic food most of us can identify with the traditional Dragon Boat Festival. It was made to throw into the river as people believe that will prevent a respectable poet named Qu Yuan from being devoured by fish after he drowned himself. Bak Zhangs have become a much-loved food amongst the Chinese now! 😁

With a succulent piece of roasted duck breast marinated with rosemary and honey, you can slice them according to your furkid's preferred thickness and top it with fresh pumpkin puree and cranberries! Even our dog (who dislikes vegetables) slurp up every single drop of the Pumpkin Puree!
Note: Duck breast comes in a piece - not recommended to be fed directly for small or toy breed dogs. We suggest you to slice them to smaller slices / pieces accordingly, so it is small enough for your small or toy breed dog to munch on.

We use meats (pork or salmon) to infuse with a bit of pineapple paste, roll them into fortune balls and finish with a glistening golden layer of egg yolk. 😊
